By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the obligations arising from the Researcher T&C, the Code of Conduct, these Program Conditions as well as all applicable laws.
Škoda Auto expressly declares that it derives from the original provisions of Researcher T&C regarding applicable law and the jurisdiction of the courts in the sense that the applicable law is Czech law and the jurisdiction has the competent court for Škoda Auto.
In the event that Researcher and Škoda agree on a vehicle rent, a separate agreement will be signed to govern the rights and obligation concerning the rent and confidentiality.
