We've corrected our mistake and finished what we were actually planning to do: open up the Libelle program to everyone.

Hey all

We're working on updating our bounties to better match our appreciation for your efforts in responsibly disclosing your findings.
As a start, we've upped the bounties for Tier3 submissions.
